About Courtney

My family has been in the Real Estate world for over 60 years in New York City. Growing up, I had an upfront seat of buying, selling, and renovating properties.

After College, I moved back to my hometown in NY, and was so excited to join the family business as an adult! That is…until I saw the bad parts of the business. I quickly saw that the more unethical you were, the more money you could make. And to be blunt, that’s not who I am, nor who I would ever want to be.

I enjoy helping people in any way that I can; and that extends beyond real estate interactions and transactions. Being a good human is what I strive for daily.

Since moving out to Colorado almost 7 years ago, and purchasing my first home, I wanted to make sure that my community was able to find a broker they could actually trust. Buying a home, especially your first home, is a BIG deal. It’s a new milestone in life, where you spend a lot of money too. This should never be taken lightly, and you should feel comforted to know that the person representing you has your best interest at heart. My most common compliment has been that I’m “the nicest New Yorker” they’ve ever met.

But enough about Real estate!

When I’m not working, you can find me coaching rugby for middle school players in the Fort Collins area. I played the sport for 12 years, and I can not tell you how amazing it is to see that love grow in the hearts of the next generation. It truly fills my cup.

Aside from Rugby, I have been obsessed with traveling overseas. It became a dream come true when I took a trip to Europe right after college and spent a few months hopping around from country to country, with no real plan. That led to branching out into the Caribbean, then Southeast Asia. Every trip taken changes me for the better, and I’ve been truly honored to have met such fascinating people all over the world. Everyone has a story, and I want to hear about what makes you, you.

Aside from coaching and traveling, I enjoy most of the “generic” Colorado activities in the great outdoors. As a resident of Timnath, I’ve been amazed at just how nice people are in the Northern Colorado area. I’m proud to call this home.
